On behalf of the La Bon Vie Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of La Bon Vie, we would like to welcome you to your new home and our community!

HOA Dues & Billing
Annual Assessments are $1,200 per lot. That is equivalent to $100 per month or $300 per quarter. There is currently no Special Assessment in effect.
Payment is due by the 10th of the month. Late-payment FINES of $40 maximum are assessed on the 11th of the month.
You can pay by either of these means:
1. Auto-draft: Fill out the Consumer Authorization for Direct Payment Form and mail it to our P.O. box listed below along with a voided check, or email the completed form and a copy of a voided check to the Business Manager. Contact our Business Manager with any questions.

2. Pay by Bill Pay through your bank. Indicate payable to “La Bon Vie HOA” the memo field what lot (or street address) and time period you are paying for. Address for payment is listed above.
Architectural Requests
“All construction or modification (except interior alterations not affecting the external structure or appearance of any building) on any lot must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee.” (Declaration 3.3)
Residents should submit an ACC request when they are planning for construction of the new home (i.e house plans to ensure conformance to covenants) and improvements to their home site to include, but not limited to the following:
• Exterior painting (including doors, windows and trim)
• Replacement of a roof or other parts of a building other than the duplicates of the original material or color
• Installation of antennae, solar panels or other devices
• Construction of fountains, swimming pools or whirlpools
• Construction of privacy walls or other fences or gates
• Addition of awnings, flower boxes, shelves, statues, or other outdoor ornamentation that are visible from public areas
• Exterior window coverings
• Any removal or substantial pruning of trees
To request ACC approval for a project, simply complete the Architectural Request Form and submit by email to the Architectural Control Committee.
Please attach drawings, pictures and any other supporting documentation that will assist the ACC in understanding the scope and final aesthetics of the project.
Gate Access
Residents and property owners are eligible to purchase entrance gate cards and gate remotes. Payment may be made by check or invoice to the resident account.
Gate Cards — fee $5
Gate Remotes — fee $35
To order Gate Cards or Gate Remotes, simply forward an email to the Board of Directors indicating whether you are ordering a card or remote and how many you wish to purchase. Please include if you wish to have your La Bon Vie account invoiced by including your contact information. Your order will be delivered when programmed.
Committee Interest
La Bon Vie HOA graciously welcomes any residents who are interested in giving of their time and talents to help better our neighborhood. Residents can help by serving on one of our committees, or they can run for a director position on the Association Board.
